A growing number of our implant patients travel from across the country. Galway to Blackrock is easier than most expect — and worth the trip.
Travelling from Galway
Galway to Blackrock — 2½ hours.
Direct route via the M6 motorway and M50. We schedule appointments for travelling patients to minimise overnight stays where possible.
By rail
Galway to Heuston in 2¼ hours. DART or LUAS to Blackrock from there in 25 minutes.
By coach
Citylink and GoBus run direct services to Dublin — combine with a 15-minute taxi to the practice.
How we make it easier
For patients travelling longer distances.
If you're travelling from Galway, our patient coordinators will plan your appointments to minimise the number of trips. Where possible, the assessment, scan and treatment plan happen on the same day. Implant surgery and follow-up are scheduled in tight blocks. Many of our travelling patients complete the entire process in three or four trips over six months.
For Teeth in a Day cases, we have arrangements with several nearby hotels offering preferential rates for our patients. Your coordinator will share details after your initial assessment.
